Refund Policy
Refund expectations for Japanese Color Atlas digital resource packs.
01 · Status
Paid Japanese Color Atlas resource bundles are not yet on sale. The free sample files in /resources/free are free to download.
When the full design exports pack ships, this policy will mirror the established Chinese Color Atlas refund policy from the same studio.
02 · Expected terms (when packs ship)
- Digital downloads are delivered immediately after checkout.
- If a download fails or the pack is unusable, contact support within 14 days for a full refund or re-delivery.
- If the pack works as described, refunds are at the publisher's discretion since the content has been delivered.
- Checkout will be handled by a third-party processor (Polar). Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
